- To provide AI-assisted diagnosis suggestions based on your clinical findings.
- To enable research-grade data exports for your clinic's own analysis.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade patient data to third parties.
4. Data Isolation and Security
We use multi-tenant cloud architecture. This means your patient records are stored in a private partition, inaccessible by other clinics or hospitals on the platform. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and at rest on Google Cloud's secure infrastructure.
5. AI Processing
When you use AI features (like Diagnosis Assistance or Prescription Explanation), the data is processed anonymously by our clinical intelligence engine. These AI models learn from prescribing patterns to improve your workflow, but they never associate clinical findings with identifiable patient names outside of your specific clinic context.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, export, and delete your data at any time. If you delete your account, all associated clinic records and patient data will be permanently purged from our active databases.
